Selection process

Meet and talk with HR
We start with a conversation with our HR Business Partner. This is an opportunity to learn about the team, tasks, processes, and to ask any questions about everything that matters to you — openly and humanly.
Optional test task
For certain positions, we offer a test task that helps both sides better understand expectations, workflows, and the level of mutual fit. This is the first step to seeing if we match. No unnecessary stress.
Technical interview
The next step is a deeper conversation with your future manager or the CEO. We’ll discuss the test results, work approach, goals, the “match” feeling on both sides, communication style, and future plans.
Meeting and introduction
with the owner or CEO
Who better to convey the company’s culture and values than the CEO or founder? This is an informal meeting — an honest exchange of visions with those who want to grow, create meaning, and move the team forward.
Offer and start
of the trial period
If it’s a mutual “yes”, we send an offer, negotiate all the terms and conditions, and agree on a start date. The discussion is open and dynamic, because we are all equally invested in your success.
Probationary period
and adaptation
It lasts up to 3 months. You get not only the support of your manager, but also a personal mentor from the team. The adaptation program is tailored to your profile and will help you quickly get into the rhythm.
