Business Development Manager
newage. is a leading digital advertising agency in Ukraine that works with Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads and Meta. We excel at delivering brand advertising campaigns using a data-driven approach. Our automated systems process terabytes of data every day to maximise the effectiveness of our clients’ advertising efforts. We are looking for visionaries to join our team and help shape the future of digital advertising.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will strengthen our client prospecting and lead generation efforts.
Experience is required:
- B2B / B2C sales:
- building a sales funnel;
- knowledge of active and passive selling techniques;
- negotiations, presentations and commercial proposals.
2. Digital marketing:
- basic understanding of contextual and display advertising (Google Ads, YouTube, GDN);
- knowledge of the basics of RRS.
3. CRM systems and automation:
- ability to work with CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Bitrix24, etc.);
- understanding of sales automation and lead generation processes.
4. 4. Strategy and analytics:
- Developing business scaling strategies;
- conducting competitive and market analysis;
- collecting and interpreting feedback, ability to generate business insights.
5. Lead Generation:
- work with lead search tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch);
- knowledge of the principles of outbound and inbound strategies.
6. Knowledge of analytics tools and understanding of the customer journey
Responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting new customers or partners;
- Participation in the development of proposals for potential customers, responsibility for the delivers of this product;
- Negotiating and concluding agreements;
- Developing business scaling strategies;
- Maintaining relationships with key clients and partners;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve the effectiveness of the customer acquisition strategy;
- Participation in conferences and networking;
- Development and support of lead generation processes in the agency;
- Collecting feedback from customers and analysing their needs;
- Reporting on the work done and the results achieved;
- Analysis of the market, competitors, and trends;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of various customer acquisition channels.
