Data Analyst Team Lead

We’re looking for a Data Analyst Team Lead to help grow the company’s technical ecosystem, lead a team of developers and analysts, and build products that scale alongside our business 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical strategy and product architecture.
  • Lead the team (task distribution, code reviews, mentoring).
  • Build BI solutions, integrations, chatbots, and dashboards.
  • Automate marketing and analytics processes.
  • Implement best DevOps practices and code quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business teams — translate technical capabilities into actionable solutions.

Required Skills:

Languages & Tools: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Pandas, Node.js
APIs / Webhooks: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Telegram, Slack
BI Systems: Power BI, Looker Studio, Google BigQuery
Data Pipelines: Airflow, dbt, ETL tools
Cloud Services: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
DevOps & CI/CD: Git, Docker, GitHub Actions or similar
Leadership: Team building, performance management, mentoring

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy principles
  • Experience in marketing analytics or AdTech
  • Experience planning architecture for internal products or SaaS solutions
