Financial manager

Hello! We are newage, a digital advertising agency, Google Marketing Platform and TikTok partner, and one of the strongest analytical teams in display advertising in Ukraine. We help brands make their advertising effective, transparent and data-driven – and we’re currently looking for a Finance Manager who thinks in numbers but speaks human language.

This is a key financial position at newage. – a role that combines finance, analytics, operations and strategy. We are looking for a person who not only keeps records, but understands the business: sees where processes can be optimised, forecasts cash flows and helps management make informed financial decisions.

🔍 Main tasks:

Financial strategy and planning

• Development of the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting of income and expenses
• Cash flow planning for a group of companies

Management accounting and reporting

• Preparation of management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Analysis of budget deviations, control of key financial indicators

Control and transparency of financial processes

• Control of financial transactions in the group of companies
• Monitoring of expenses, receivables/payables
• Ensuring tax compliance

Automation and efficiency

• Optimisation and automation of financial processes and reporting
• Supporting the operation of financial systems and accounting instruments

Working with teams and partners

• Manage the finance team, interact with other departments
• Preparing for audits, working with external consultants and auditors
• Support for business intelligence solutions

💡 Experience and skills are required:

• 3+ years in finance (preferably in IT, digital or service business)
• Deep understanding of management accounting, budgeting, P&L
• Experience of working with LLCs, individual entrepreneurs, non-residents, Diia.City
• Basic legal knowledge – ability to read, review and negotiate contracts
• Practical Excel / Google Sheets
• English – from B1+ level to work with international partners
• Experience working with IT companies, digital agencies, and Diia.City residents will be a plus.

Terms of cooperation:

• Format: full-time Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:00
• Location: remotely or hybrid (office near the Palace of Sports metro station, 11 Shota Rustaveli St.)
• Probationary period: up to 3 months
• Motivation: up to UAH 100,000
