We help our clients make media advertising effective!

Your key responsibilities:

• Collect and structure information from the team for in-depth analysis of marketing activities.
• Analyze the performance of advertising and digital campaigns, research markets, competitors, and products.
• Prepare management analytics on key advertising, sales, and customer behavior metrics.
• Build regular and ad-hoc reporting, conduct plan-vs-actual analysis, and define performance metrics.
• Visualize data in a clear and understandable format for teams and management.
• Forecast market trends and user behavior based on analytical insights.
• Participate in shaping marketing strategy, budget monitoring, and developing reporting automations.
• Work in cross-functional teams and take part in the company’s product projects.

Hard Skills:

• Higher education in mathematics, economics, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in the digital industry or at an advertising agency.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Experience working with analytical tools and data from multiple sources.
• Ability to structure large datasets, identify patterns, and derive business insights.
• Experience working with GA4 and traffic analytics.
• Ability to create clear and insightful presentations of analytical results.

Nice to have:

• English level — B1 or higher.
• Knowledge of marketing analysis frameworks (e.g., SWOT, ABC analysis).
• SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Basic knowledge of Python (NumPy, pandas).
• Experience building reports in Power BI.
