Full Stack Developer

We’re newage. — a digital advertising agency, Google Marketing Platform and TikTok partner, and one of the strongest analytics teams in the field of digital marketing in Ukraine.

We build technology solutions that automate marketing processes, help teams work with large-scale data, and power products that make a real impact on advertising performance. We’re now looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us develop our internal services and build scalable, high-quality architecture for our products.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer;
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python;
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, such as React (or similar);
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Experience working with Firebase;
• Solid understanding of scalable application architecture principles;
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs;
• Proficiency with Git;
• Understanding of UX principles and a willingness to contribute to improving the user experience;
• A proactive, responsible, and systematic approach to software development.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain the backend of our products using Node.js and Python;
• Build new frontend functionality and improve existing user interfaces;
• Design and evolve the architecture of new and existing services;
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal services;
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Collaborate with the team to enhance UX solutions and implement new features;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the technical growth of our products.
