10 years ago, we started our journey. At first, there were just a few of us, and our dream seemed naive. It seemed like a challenge to enter the competitive digital advertising market as a small team. But we knew for sure that we wanted to create demand and make marketing fundamentally different – technological, transparent, and effective. And now newage. is more than an agency. It means standards that the market follows and technologies that are ahead of the times.

What Do We Do?

The answer to “What does newage. do?” is simple: we create effective digital campaigns. We specialize in media strategy development, implementation, and analytics. We know how to measure the effectiveness of display advertising on a brand and sales channels, regardless of whether it is an online or offline business. And we do this with the help of our own proprietary methodology — Comprehensive Analysis.

The essence of Comprehensive Analysis is to evaluate not only the direct effect of advertising, which is expressed in clicks from the ad, but also the deferred demand generated by the campaign as a whole. We have learned how to track how users return to a brand in the days and weeks after viewing an ad, even from other devices.

In 2019, we became the first certified agency in Ukraine to become a Google Marketing Platform (GMP) partner, which was a confirmation of our expertise at the highest international level. Today we have five certified GMP trainers and more than 150 GMP product certificates among our 40 employees.

2022 was a turning point in the agency’s international development. When the Ukrainian market abruptly “stopped” as a result of russia’s full-scale invasion, we made a strategic decision to actively expand into foreign markets. This led to successful partnerships with a number of international agencies with whom we continue to work today. Today, newage. is confidently operating both in the Ukrainian and international markets, constantly expanding its geographic presence. Our contribution to the industry

Technology is our principle. The data collected since 2015 has allowed us to create a unique ecosystem of Comprehensive Analysis, where every channel and touch to the audience has a measurable effectiveness. We have developed a methodology that goes beyond traditional metrics: we study the effective frequency of contact, investigate deep media effects, analyze delayed conversions and changes in consumer behavior.

Also, together with Minfin&Finance, we created a meeting place for the marketing market in the form of the ROMI conference. A place where marketers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders exchange ideas and launch new projects. The ROMI conference is a professional conference that brings together digital professionals to share experiences, network, and learn.

Our Team

At newage., all employees without exception undergo Google certification. We invest in training and created our own internal academy where newcomers and experienced professionals improve their skills. The academy allows each employee to become a true expert and master advanced tools.

But newage. is much more than just work. It’s a community of like-minded people who are changing the rules of the game. We organize corporate blood donation, participate in charity runs, conduct unique team-building events — from kayaking trips to tactical training.
